Market America or Melaleuca? which is the better network marketing business, or are they both good or bad????

I looking at a home base business, or I should say two, one is Melaleuca and the other is Market America, My sister started one and a friend the other, I don't know if either work, they are excited now, but I don't want to waste time or money. They say you don't have to be able to sell or recurit people, how can that be?? If anyone can tell me about these companies and if they tried them before, I would be grateful. Thank you and God Bless you for your time.

I just recently resigned from Melaleuca for several reasons. One is that it is very difficult to earn an income because they have changed the comp plan. Contrary to what they say, you DO have to recruit people if you plan on earning any money. And by recruiting, you are indeed selling. I found that everyone I knew ran in the other direction as soon as they heard Melaleuca. The problem is that they do indeed have some good products, but they went through hyper-growth a long time ago. They were big when the baby boomers had families at home and bought household products from their own store. Now the boomers are becoming empty nesters and no longer have the need to fill their houses with all the products and it is very difficult to find others to do that as well. What I'm saying is "That ship has sailed!"

I have found a product that is in demand by the boomers...they are looking for anti-aging, health and wealth. I KNOW that I have found the right product because I have been in network marketing for many years and this one is taking off! It is set for hyper-growth so the timing is now. I started earning an income my 2nd day and have continued earning each month. When people come to me and thank me for helping them, I know I am in the right business.
Reply:This is for people that are serious and who don’t want to be misled as we have tried many things and have found a company that has been around for 21 Years and pays you to advertise for them. My wife and I just started and are doing well. It is not an MLM company and no selling, no deliveries or stocking product. My wife’s aunt has been working with this Company (Melaleuca) for a little over 3 years and home schools 3 kids and makes $9,000 a month. It is a 500 Inc company and the CEO is on the U.S. Chamber of commerce board. I can arrange a web cast with my wife’s aunt for you and you can decide by yourself and WE WILL help you be successful. It is an honest Win Win.

If you want to see a web cast (presentation) from your home let me know and I will arrange it as that truly is the way to see all about Melaleuca. Have you heard of it. We have just gotten started with my wife's aunts help as it is a team effort and it is fun. Just a quick F.Y.I. 8 out of 10 people that see the web cast join the company and 95% of the people that join re-order product each and every month. Let me know when you are ready and we will set up the web cast.

Reply:I am partnered with Melaleuca through a support company called MomExecs. First, I'll start by saying, this is a business opportunity, not a job. Therefore, you get what you put into it. If you are willing to work it like a business you WILL make money. We have many millionaires in this company, who are every day people, not executives. Around 150 at last count, which for a home based business, is amazing. I'm with another company, been around the same amount of time, they only have 50 millionaires. It typically takes about 2-3 years before you really start to see a big check. We have many members on our team alone that are making $3,000 and more a month after about two years. I have been here for a month, but don't really work it aggressively. There's no waisting money, because you're simply switching stores, and getting healthier products in the process. You have 120 days after signing up to decide if it's right for you, and if you're not happy then just return the business kit and you get your money back. This is the month to try, as the membership fee is half the normal price. What they mean by you don't have to recruit people, is that this isn't an MLM where they're only interested in recruiting business builders. Melaleuca is here solely to provide an alternative to the toxin-ridden products we currently use. So, your focus is on opening customer accounts, not business builders, although that's an added bonus. All you're doing is opening the accounts, helping them place their first few orders, and IF they're interested in a business, then you help them do that. But it's not the main focus of your business. The only real qualification you need is to talk to people. That's it. You don't have to do in-home parties, but you can and it is the fastest way to build your business, but it's not required like a lot of businesses. You're simply telling others about the products your using, and signing them up. I'd go for it if I were you. I love this business, they're products have saved my autistic child, and it's an honest company ,which isn't easy to find anymore! I've never heard of Market America.
