Well, i want to make appointment with clients while i am at home and still show up on my business computer. How do i do that networking? is there a software or anything ? please let me know thanks.

Reply:u didn't specify urs exact requirement in details but i think VNC viewr and team viewer r the two softwares can give u control to remote pc mouse device u can explain them urs presentation through vnc viewr and a good quality web cam on onther pc but its quit hectic u must go for videoconferencing that is best way but its costly too

Reply:There isn't a network way to do it (unless you are a large corporation) but there is always remote desktop or logmein.com. Either will let you control your remote computer.





Or if you are using Office 2007, you can do it via outlook or groove I believe.
Reply:Best method of doing this is to have a website that can monitor and keep track of all of it. Its also the cheapest route as well, and it serves a double purpose.. advertise your business and keep track of your clients.
