in the callcenter business what is the common type or much prefered type of network connection to be used like i have a 20 computers. pls help me im having kind of difficulties in our netwotk.
In you the callcenter business what type of network connection you were using?
Your internal network should probably be at least a 100MB or 1GB ethernet but your internet connection may need to be a T3 connection or at the least a T1. That would all depend on how many calls you receive. I am assuming this is some sort of a voice over IP connection, or you would not be asking about networks.
