Small business owners support group/networking?

Hi I own a small trucking company and was wondering if there are any online support groups for small businesses? I get so stressed out with the day to day stuff, I'd like t be able to vent with people that would understand and maybe offer suggestions. Thanks!

You could try asking at the Chamber of Commerce or the local Rotary club.

Reply:That is a really good idea, don't know how far it would fly and don't know of any that are not directly related to internet marketing.





My husband and I own a small mfg company and I feel your pain and need.





Maybe you should start a yahoo group, if you get enough to join you could start your own website and try to get ad revenue.

Reply:Hi! I hear you!! I dont know of any support groups in the area for this. However I know a number of collegues as well as myself that would like to have a group like this as well. I would love to host a group like this in our Frederick office if other are interested. We have a Mt. Airy office as well but it is not very large for a group. If there is any one on the board that is also interested, contact me (Lynne Pick- Life Directions, LLC- lifedirections@hotmail.com) and I would be happy to coordinate something!
